Located on planet "Rose Decidua" within the Herald's Spear - A newly constructed fifteen story spire containing a night club with three floors [The Floor, the Lounge and the Third tier], a casino and general gambling hall, a Bordello for those with expensive tastes and finally: the top three floors are a pent house belonging to the proprietor: King Nebuchadnezzar.
